I believe that explaining science is part of doing science. Astronomy is something that has always sparked my curiosity, and I enjoy sharing that curiosity with others. When I talk about science, I try to make it feel accessible without losing its scientific depth: the questions we ask, the things we discover, the things we still do not understand, and the unexpected ways in which our ideas about the Universe can change.
My outreach activities focus on astronomy and astrophysics, from stars and stellar evolution to the techniques we use to observe and understand the Universe. I am particularly interested in showing how astronomical observations, scientific modeling, and computation work together to turn distant light into knowledge about the objects we cannot study directly.
For me, science communication is also an opportunity to show that research is not simply a collection of established facts. It is a process of asking questions, testing ideas, confronting unexpected results, and learning from what does not work. Making that process visible is one of the most valuable ways I can share my work and help others see themselves as part of the scientific conversation.
